Our Coffee

Coffee was founded by Rory Kaye, who came up with the vision for this project in Machu Picchu, Peru. Our core principles are centered around the belief that we have a social and environmental duty to protect our ecosystem and the quality of life of both our customers and our staff. We don’t just want to make and sell any kind of coffee. We honor our brand through unique values:

Our coffee is produced both in the Highlands of Ethiopia and the Amazon Rain Forest up in the Andes

coffee is selected from Ethiopia and from the 11 elevations between one to three miles high in the Pasco region of Peru, located deep in the Amazonian Andes. This allows our coffee to grow in a highly biodiverse environment, providing healthy, organic coffee. We support bio-traceability, sustainability and ethical values.

Our Right Trade policy ensures that our native Ethiopian and Peruvian farmers are co-owners of the brand, sharing a percentage of profits more than double the industry standard. This unique background translates to a higher quality of coffee with a mouth-watering, sweet flavor. Each coffee bean grows surrounded by deliciously natural cocoa, sweet-scented vanilla, ripe cherries, milky white flowers, and cross-pollinated by butterflies and honeybees.
